Interested in the NYSCA/NYFA Artist as Entrepreneur Program? Artists and creatives of all disciplines throughout upstate New York (see details below) are invited to attend this information session to learn more about this free program and gain insights for your application.

This session will provide:

• An overview of the Artist as Entrepreneur program’s curriculum, and how it’s informed previous participants' careers throughout NYS

• Tips for applying

• Insights into the panel selection process 

• Connections to the staff of your local arts council(s)

• An opportunity for Q&A

• Eligibility: for artists living and working near Sullivan County, NY 

• Program Location: Narrowsburg, NY

• Program Dates: September 5 - 8

• Apply: Application is now live. Apply by July 18!

St. Lawrence County Arts Council (SLC Arts)

• Eligibility: for artists living and working in the North Country of New York State

• Program Location: Canton, NY 

• Program Dates: September 26 - 29

• Apply: Application is now live. Apply by Aug 8!

Go Art (Genesee-Orleans County Regional Arts Council)

• Eligibility: for artists living and working in Genesee or Orleans Counties, NY

• Program Location: Batavia, NY

• Program Dates: November 7 - 10

• Apply: Application opens Aug 21. Apply by Sept 23!
